UXDA
The leading finance specialist in the set, with unusually detailed public evidence from an Emirates NBD digital ecosystem programme.
Fit for this rating
Best for: banks and fintechs redesigning mobile, web, investment, and Islamic-banking journeys
Not the right fit for: consumer products outside financial services or teams wanting a broad brand agency
UXDA works only on financial products. Its Emirates NBD case describes cross-channel consolidation, user research, workshops in Dubai, and coordination with product, design, development, and management roles.
Five dimension scores
Dubai evidence
The Emirates NBD programme is the clearest category-specific case in this rating. It describes several financial services being brought into a more coherent digital ecosystem, with the agency working alongside a large client team and legacy technology constraints.
That depth compensates for the lack of a Dubai studio. It also makes the fit narrower: UXDA is compelling for a bank and much less relevant for a property portal, consumer marketplace, or brand-led brief.
What buyers should test
Ask which people from the published banking work are available, how on-site workshops are planned, and who owns Arabic content and testing. The agency's specialization reduces financial-domain learning time, but location and research recruitment still need to be made explicit in the proposal.
Rating history
Initial Dubai rating. Positioned second because the Gulf banking evidence is excellent, while continuous local presence is weaker than the leader's.
