Digital Gravity
A broad Dubai digital supplier with useful UX and engineering coverage, but less product-specific evidence than the firms above it.
Fit for this rating
Best for: web platforms, ecommerce, and digital programmes needing design, development, and optimisation
Not the right fit for: a buyer selecting primarily on research depth or product-design specialization
Digital Gravity has a Dubai office and offers UX/UI, custom development, mobile work, and ongoing optimisation. The public material is broad and commercially focused, so a serious product buyer needs to ask for deeper case evidence.
Five dimension scores
Breadth versus depth
Digital Gravity can cover more of a digital programme than a design boutique. That can simplify procurement for a website, ecommerce system, or app where the client wants one accountable supplier.
The same breadth makes evaluation harder. Product leaders should ask for the designers who will work on the account, a complete case from discovery to release, and evidence that research changed the interface. A list of technologies does not answer those questions.
Shortlisting advice
Keep the firm in the process when engineering and post-launch optimisation are part of the brief. Move it down the list when the primary risk is service complexity, regulated decision-making, or bilingual user research.
Rating history
Initial Dubai rating at 7.8. Broad local capability is established; stronger research and product-outcome cases would improve it.
